Well today wasn’t too exciting, however, I did spend the full day working in the clinic. I worked with Teclaire in the pharmacy, not only does the pharmacy deal with the drugs, it is also the cashier. So what happens is the patient sees the doctor, if the doctor orders a lab they come to the pharmacy to pay for the lab and they get their lab done, if the doctor prescribes drugs, they go to the pharmacy, pay for their drugs and then they receive them. Health clinics work much different here than in the states I have learned, there is no such thing as billings! People here don’t really take a break for lunch, this is super hard for me, and so I’ve decided they must have a filling breakfast or something!
So today Tabby and I went up to Camtel to see if they were going to hook up our internet for us, this is the 3rd time we have been up there, I guess 3rd times the charm, goodness! But guess what they couldn’t get it to work, so still no internet!
I went for a walk with Bill and Trixy and their dog Jordan, we had a very nice talk. When we got back we worked on setting up our stove, we got it all set up and then couldn’t get the cap off of the gas container…bummer! But Camtel came back and we now have internet, so nice!
This is Jordan, she is so cute!
Tonight the sunset was absolutely amazing, most beautiful sunset we’ve seen since we’ve been here! This is just a simple reminder of how amazing God really is, wow, He is so breath taking in the things He does! God is so good!
